About FLAT
Idea
FLAT was founded by product designer Martha Schwindling in 2014.
It is a Berlin based brand that distributes objects for everyday use.
Our range of products is all about usefulness and joy, trying to meet the customers' practical needs as well as distributing things to get attached to emotionally.
They are humorous and playful, functional and self-evident.
FLAT products make you FEEL LIKE A TOURIST at home, discovering the spectacular in the normal.
Production
Our manufacturers are all located in Germany and we collaborate closely with them in order to ensure a high quality standard and fair working conditions.
Distribution
In order to keep our prices affordable we sell our products mainly online: This way we don't have to calculate with high retail margins, a fact that lowers our prices by around 40% and enables us to produce small editions with a high quality standard.
We do take part in pop up stores and special events however! So from time to time there's a chance to buy our products in a physical store as well. To keep updated on these occasions and on new products, subscribe to our Newsletter!
